How It Works

We bill your insurance directly, but payment is due at the time of service.

If your insurance includes acupuncture benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement.

If you wish to bill insurance on your own, we will provide a superbill—a detailed receipt containing the required diagnosis codes and treatment information.

What’s a Superbill?​

A superbill is a document you submit to your insurance provider to request reimbursement. It includes:

Diagnostic and procedure codes

Provider credentials

Service details and payment confirmation

Many insurance companies accept superbills for acupuncture if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.
